WHAT IS CELLAR SCOUT?

Cellar Scout is an annual membership with access to 200+ craft beverage tasting rooms located across the US. Cellar Scout members are welcomed into our community of fun loving adventure seekers where you'll get tips from local insiders to authentic undiscovered experiences, special offers, invitations to local meetups, exclusive events, and more. Points are awarded to those that get checked in, act on offers, and share Cellar Scout with their friends and followers.

WHERE DO I PURCHASE A CELLAR SCOUT MEMBERSHIP?

Membership cards can be purchased online at CellarPass.com or at select retail partners.

HOW DO I USE MY CELLAR SCOUT MEMBERSHIP?

To activate your Cellar Scout membership, you will have received an email confirmation with instructions on how to to complete your activate your Cellar Scout profile. Once your profile is activated, you will then be able to check out all the available offers. Select to act on as many offers as you like. Just be sure to follow the redemption instructions that are included with each offer.

WHAT IF THERE AREN’T MANY PROPERTIES NEAR WHERE I LIVE?

We didn't call it Cellar Scout for nothing! Our program encourages you and your friends to get out and do something new. Cellar Scout is an opportunity to discover some of the most awesome new watering holes and cool experiences across the US. Explore your backyard or hop a couple of states over to try something new. No matter where you use your membership near or far you’ll be rewarded. Your membership is good for the entire calendar year, so get out and explore!

WHAT IF MY CELLAR SCOUT CARD GETS LOST OR IS STOLEN?

Don't panic, we've got you! Please contact our customer service team to report your lost membership card immediately.

CAN I ADD ANOTHER PERSON OR TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP?

Each card purchased is for one member and cannot be shared. Transferring to another person is not available.

CAN I USE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD MORE THAN ONCE AT EACH TASTING ROOM?

Sorry, Cellar Scout members receive one benefit per tasting room location. Stay connected with us on social media and check your email periodically as many of our tasting room partners send special offers and/or invitations to additional events throughout the year...it's the cherry on top of this already sweet deal!

HOW DO I EARN CELLAR SCOUT POINTS

As a Cellar Scout member, you automatically start earning rewards every time you check into a destination. Plus, our creative bunch back at Cellar Scout headquarters have cooked up all sorts of ways for our members to boost their points through double point days, fun social media challenges and more. Rack up the points, get rewarded! It is just that easy. Rewards include elevated membership status, access to exclusive Cellar Scout events, swag, and more.

HOW DO I GET RAD CELLAR SCOUT SWAG?

Redeem your points for some groovy gear from our swag shop. Although, since we have such rad swag, you may just want to grab some now. You just never know, Cellar Scout branded gear might get you into one of our cool events (hint). Hop on over to our Swag Shop and see what’s available. The collection will always be rotating with seasonal and limited edition items, so check back often.

CAN I GIFT A CELLAR SCOUT MEMBERSHIP TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER?

Yes! If you are planning on buying Cellar Scout memberships as gifts, you’ll receive instructions during check-out on how to send recipients invitations to claim & activate their Cellar Scout membership.
