Configuring the CellarPass Guest Link Pro App for iOS & Android (Business Use Only)

The CellarPass Guest Link Pro app is available to organizers and businesses that utilize the CellarPass Guest Management platform to manage their Reservations and Ticketed events. It is available for BOTH Apple iOS and Google Android operating systems.

SECTION 1- Confirm Your CellarPass Subscription

In order to use the Guest Link Pro iOS app, you'll need to be an active CellarPass business subscription.

1. Log into your CellarPass business subscription by going to https://www.cellarpass.com/manage

 

SECTION 2- Download Guest Link Pro App from Apple App Store

In our first couple of steps, you confirmed that your mobile or tablet device device is running iOS 10 or later and is fully charged. Now that you have confirmed the requirements have been met, it's time to download the CellarPass Guest Link Pro app to your mobile or tablet device. Be sure you are on a fast internet connection and not attempting to use a cellular connection to download as the app is over 30Mb. [[Download Guest Link Pro]]

 

1. Go to the Apple App Store on your mobile or tablet device and search CellarPass Guest Link Pro

2. From the list of matches, select CellarPass Guest Link Pro, confirming that is has our proper "fox" logo associated with it.

3. Once you have downloaded the app and installed it, go ahead and launch the app.

4. If a Login screen is displayed, your device is compatible. If the app or screen does not load, then you'll need to check the iOS version the mobile or tablet device is running and re-attempt.

5. If you have confirmed that you have a compatible mobile or tablet device and it has been upgraded to iOS 10 (or latest Android OS) and still run into issues, please submit a support ticket.

 

SECTION 3- Configuring the Access Credentials for the mobile or tablet device Guest Link Pro App

Okay, you have the mobile or tablet device running and have confirmed that you can successfully load the Guest Link Pro mobile or tablet device app login screen. The next step is to configure the App Credentials.

1. Log into CellarPass by going to http://www.cellarpass.com/manage

2. On the left, main navigation, select Settings.

3. In the Settings drop down, select Member Configuration.

4. In the Configure Settings panel, locate the two fields, Guest Link Pro App Username and Guest Link Pro App Password. (DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE YOUR ADMIN LOGIN)

5. If these fields are currently blank, you MUST assign a strong Username and Password. Do not make these easy to guess by mischievous outside people. Yes, this is case sensitive.

6. Click the Save button to save the changes.

 

SECTION 4- Logging Into the mobile or tablet device Guest Link Pro App

Now that you have setup the mobile or tablet device Guest Link Pro App credentials, you are ready to setup your mobile or tablet device(s) to log in. Be sure that the mobile or tablet device is fully charged or plugged in. 

You have two options to gain access to the Guest Link Pro app on your mobile or tablet device device:

  1. Manually using your MemberID, Guest Link Pro App Username and Guest Link Pro App Password

  2. Using the QR Code method (recommended)

 

NOTE: The Guest Link Pro app nor TablePro app use your personal login credentials to gain access to either app.

 

1. ACCESSING GUEST LINK PRO APP USING MANUAL METHOD

 

1. Grab the mobile or tablet device device you installed Guest Link Pro, launch the Guest Link Pro app..

2. Select the Manual method to gain access to the app.

3. Using the credentials you setup in Section 3, enter the MemberID, Guest Link Pro App Username and Guest Link Pro App Password into your mobile or tablet device device.

4. Once the credentials have been entered, click the Sign In button.

 

NOTE: The Guest Link Pro app and TablePro app Settings are not interchangeable. So if you run into issues setting up the app or get a "You do not have permissions", this is most likely caused by trying to use the wrong set of credentials when authenticate the app.

 

2. ACCESSING TABLEPRO APP USING QR CODE METHOD

1. Using your laptop or desktop device, log into CellarPass by going to http://www.cellarpass.com/manage

2. On the left, main navigation, select Settings.

3. In the Settings drop down, select Member Configuration.

4. In the Configure Settings panel, the Guest Link Pro configuration section on the right- hand side. Click the QR button.

5. In doing so, a new window will appear with a QR code.

6. Now grab your mobile or tablet device and launch the Guest Link Pro app on your device.

7. Select the QR Code option.

8.The device may ask for permissions to have access to your Camera, click Yes.

9. Point the device's camera at the screen that is displaying the QR code.

10. Once the device recognizes the QR code on your PC's screen, it will authenticate and give you access to the Guest Link Pro app.
