Can I change the information on my ticket after purchase

This article covers some of the options available to you for updating the information on your tickets.

Depending on how the event organizer has configured their event, you can update or edit the information on your order such as the ticketholder name, email address, or answers to the event organizer's questions. Some events use a post capture (post purchase registration process) that allows you to invite others to complete the registration process.

To get started, log into your CellarPass account and click on your order. If there's an "Edit" button, click that. It will allow you to update some of your contact information. If this is not available, you'll will need to contact the event organizer directly as CellarPass is not authorized to make changes to ticket purchases.
